Hinging® is one of those dynamic techniques that you can use in just about any combination of movements and applications. Simply begin by applying BuffEnuff® either Flat®, Tilt®, or Edge® and then move your limb that you are treating. As an example, when Hinging® the knees, stand with the BuffEnuff® directly on the kneecap and do a short squat up and down. Then move BuffEnuff® to another location on the knee inside or outside the knee and continue to squat. Vary this movement with lunges and also stepping side to side. Hinging® the knee is great before doing squats and running. It should be done both before and after to help reduce post-exercise muscles pain.
